Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, residing in the contiguous United States and at least 18 years of age. Employees of Sponsors (defined below) and their affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, immediate family members of such individuals (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live), or individuals living in the same household of such individuals , whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win any prize. Only one (1) prize per household.

Seattle’s Child is the sole sponsor of this giveaway. (“Sponsors”).
Timing:
The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 p.m. PST on August 16, 2022 and ends at 10:00 a.m. PST on August 24, 2022 (“Entry Period”).
How to enter:
No purchase necessary. You can enter this competition by providing your name, email address and postal address (so that vouchers can be mailed to you). You must submit all required information for participation in the competition to be valid. Only one (1) entry per valid email. Entries must be received by August 24, 2022 at 10:00 am PST.
Price:
(1) Price of (42 adult tickets. Each price consists of 2 tickets. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $700 per package.
All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winner permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize in the event of unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable value, to be determined in Sponsor’s reasonable discretion, will be awarded.
Drawing:
Winner will be determined by random drawing on August 24, 2022 from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions will be final in relation to all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. If, due to a printing error or other error, more prizes are claimed than stated in these Official Rules, all persons purporting to be valid claims will be entered into a random drawing to award the announced number of prizes that are available in the prize category are question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. All sponsor decisions are final.

Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor(s) and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to abide by and comply with these Official Rules, any eligibility requirements, and Sponsor’s decisions, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of its discretion, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsors, their respective advertising and promotions agencies and/or telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or for human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, line failures of telephone network, Computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage-paid entries.

You must provide a valid email address and you must be the registered subscriber to the email account used to enter before the first date of the Entry Period.
Any potential winner may be required to verify to Sponsors that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of a winner who has competed online, such registration will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the email account and if a prize is won and that registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such Registered User.
