Judicial Watch sues HHS over COVID-19 cover-up

Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group, is fighting fraud by taking legal action against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. In the new disclosure law process, watch groups are demanding that the HHS publish an email from NIH Director Francis Collins regarding research into gain of office, Wuhan Institute of Veterinary Medicine and hydroxychloroquine.

Judiciary Watch President Tom Fitton says the HHS has not been transparent about funding NIH bat virus research in Wuhan. In addition, Judicial Watch is researching documents on the HHS assessment of hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for COVID-19. The group argues that the HHS may have hidden the truth about COVID-19 for political reasons.

Judiciary Watch is also investigating what is known as a “suspicion of collusion” between the Gates Foundation and China regarding the sale of Chinese drugs around the world.
