Insight:

Adobe is recruiting an experienced Compensation Analyst at its Noida site. The Compensation Analyst is an integral part of the Sales Operations team to manage the WW Sales organization’s rep compensation processes, manage compensation rules in the compensation tool, create ad-hoc reports on achievement, set quotas for the sales rep, ensure compensation and revenue are real. are tracked and completed within the required timeframes provided.

What are you going to do:

Reconciliation of orders in our compensation management tool (including reconciliation and validation of ACV/TCV calculations for SAAS products)

Ensure the right representative is aligned on orders based on the territory in place

Understand Adobe compensation plans and update records to reflect appropriate sales metrics

Achievement reports for compensation purposes

Maintain quota master file and perform auditing procedures to ensure accuracy

Track new hires and ensure onboarding activities i.e. signing off on plans are adhered to

Create documentation for all WW Sales compensation plans

Requests for ad hoc reports

Augment data quality assurance processes by implementing the quality assurance activities required to manage the integrity, accuracy and quality of data to ensure trust between end consumers/stakeholders and payments accurate to representatives.

Document operating processes and procedures.

Manage and own end customers, stakeholders, deliverables and timelines.

Manage compensation files.

Perform UAT/PAT for system improvements.

Automation of reports via macros, etc.

Qualifications for this position:

3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a reputable multinational.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience working with international stakeholders.

Experience working in sales operations preferred.

Excellent Excel, MS-access, Macros skills.

Experience using tools such as SAP, SFDC,.

Very organized and pays attention to detail.

Ability to work under minimal supervision, good team spirit.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong project management skills.

Ability to work tight schedules and have the flexibility to work in different time zones at times.

Experience in reports and presentations.
